The standings are wrong because three coaches haven't texted their results in. The bracket is a photo of a whiteboard. The league website was last updated in April by somebody who has since quit. When every team scores in the same app, all of that stops being a job somebody has to do.
The demo league is an invented season โ fabricated clubs, fabricated players, sample forms that don't submit. Every page on it was generated from scored games, which is the point.
What the league office gets
This is the shipped list. Anything still being built is further down, under its own heading, so you can tell the difference without asking.
Divisions, league-wide standings and leaderboards across every club โ derived from games that were actually scored, not from a results form somebody has to fill in twice.
Seeding, bracket construction and live bracket scores, so the family watching the other field knows who they play next before you do.
Pick the clubs and the weeks, preview the whole thing, then commit it. Saved venues mean every fixture links to real directions instead of "the usual field".
Call a field closed and everybody sees it at once, so nobody drives an hour to a locked gate. Called games land on a makeup board instead of in someone's head.
Signup forms with liability waivers and e-signatures, open and close dates, capacity limits and waitlists. Answers land in the league office, never on the public site.
Officials sign in with their own account, see the games they're assigned, and keep their own record of the season. Assignments, availability and pay rates in one place.
Background checks and coaching certifications with their expiry dates, so a lapse shows up on a dashboard in February instead of at a tournament gate in June. Gameday tracks the dates; it does not run the screening.
Player evaluations from tryouts feeding a live draft board, with picks recorded as they happen โ so everyone in the room is looking at the same list.
News, scores, standings, stats, club pages and sponsor logos, rebuilt every time a game is scored. AI can draft the weekly recap from real league play; nothing posts until you approve it.
Import rosters and schedules from a spreadsheet export, or hand over the league's PDF and we'll read it in. Nobody retypes a season to change apps.
Two clubs remembering a game differently is normal. There's a place to raise it and a record of how it was settled, instead of a thread nobody can find in October.
Published clubs and leagues appear in the Gameday directory, searchable by name, city or league โ so a parent looking for a team finds yours without the exact link.
How a league actually starts
Not built yet
Genuinely in progress, and listed separately from the shipped features on purpose. If it matters to your decision, ask where it is before you commit to us.
A player registers and pays in one step, and the office sees paid next to every name instead of reconciling a separate payment app.
For the parent who will never install anything. Field changes and announcements by SMS, alongside the push notifications the app already sends.
Sponsor logos and links are already on every page of the league site. What's coming is the number of people who saw each one โ something a director can take into a renewal conversation.
Any league, association or travel organisation that joins now uses everything free for the whole testing period, and keeps a founding rate afterward. Tell us how many clubs you run and what season you're heading into.
